Has anyone had any experience with XCARET PLUS
Is it worth it to pay a little more and go private?
Is it worth it to pay for the plus option which includes food and snorkel equipment?
Or should I just pay the entrance fee?

    Thank You

    For all your help

Just want to make the best out of the trip

Thank You For the reply Steve

There are 4 of us traveling it looks like I save $20 in total.
Do you think I should just go ahead and go with the public tour?

Any tips on what things to do first while at Xcaret?
What to leave till the afternoon and what to do as soon as we get there?

For the sake of an extra $5 per person I'd definitely go private. You'll end up with more time and not hanging around waiting for other people. You can decide what time you start out and depart (within reason), and the driver will stop on the way for you if you need anything.

You'd probably want to do the underground river swim before lunch then have a couple of hours on the beach in the afternoon, before the nightshow. Filling in around those with the many other attractions you'll discover along the way.

    Steve, You are too fast:aktion033:

    Thank you for the tips

    Few more questions.

What would be the best time to leave?

Can you eat at any restraunt or do you have to go to a specific one for the buffet?

Can you give me any other suggestions and tips that would be useful to be able to make the best out of our trip?

From what I have read it looks like the equipment is included.

But what can you use it for, it looks like I have to pay to be able to put the snorkel equipment to good use, am I right?
