Left over from the Sheffield blitz in 1940 when the square heads payed a visit to our beautiful and all encompassing steel works, this was found today 5 mile from my house and on the route I normally take home from work. Good job I slopped off early and missed all the traffic caos it caused then eh

This reminds me years ago in DC. People started finding Revoluntionary War Explosive pouder. And they were finding these explosives in residential neighborhoods. So the government called in the Army to help remove these explosive. Some neighborhoods were evacauted.

I remember an old couple who were both in there 70's. And wasn't mobile on their own. So the Army sent some Soldiers and a Van, incase the couple had to be move quickly.
