So today we are having a carry in lunch for the Engineering Dept. They are cooking us all steaks, but everyone had to bring in a dish. So this guy brought in a HUGE rectangle block of cream cheese, which A1 steak sauce all over it, and said its for dipping crackers in!!! I tried it, not horrible, but CERTAINLY not something I have ever heard of! What about you all? Would you have to be drunk to try it?
nahh....I'd try it. You can do the same thing but instead of using A1 sauce, you pour hot sauce all over it....very yummy indeed.
I probably wouldn't cause I like to watch what I eat...so I don't usually eat big blocks of cream cheese... but...you should try this: a pkg of cream cheese softened..mixed with about a cup of salsa...spread on a flour tortilla...refrigerate for a bit..then cut into little pinwheels.....so yummy....
I make a similar thing to that berries....except instead of salsa, I use a drained can of Ro-Tel tomatoes.

Yeah I am with Curvster on that one... \Cream cheese only has a few freinds, and A! sauce isn't one...And he is clearly trying to push his "hey try this I ate it once when i was stoned or drunk and it was the bomb" recipe on everyone....
actually all the engineers I work with are the most intelligent people around. BIG nerds to be honest, I think it was more like......... Hmm what can I invent today that will be a hit!! Ahhhhh HA, cream cheese and A1! PERFECT!!! Crazy guy, I think Im the only engineer here, aside from 1 other that actually has a personality!!
