I've noticed I workout harder when I have a playlist versus watching the tv's at the gym. What do the rest of you do to really get motivated for a great workout? I had the best workout in recent memory today. Looking for everyone else' thoughts. I am planning to hit it hard between now and December.

I think the Columbus speedball is the best music you could workout out to. LOL

I also listen to pandora at the gym. It's usually 80's hair bands.Poison, cinderella ac/dc..stuff like that. I like all kinds of music but it's a bit difficult getting pumped up to lift listening to George Strait :)

For the gym and to get a really good work go for something that is at least 130 BPM. Try some Trance, Hard or Heavy house music as they all have a great bassline to keep you moving. For albums look at Euphoria label, Armand van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold. Hope this helps :)

I use a combination of some pitbull, some avicii, some skrillex, a Day to remember, Dropkick Murphys, and All that remains... That usually works well for me.

All great suggestions. I've got some pitbull, buckcherry, my darkest days, eminem, rihanna, usher, among a few others. I am finding that a good playlist really rocks out a workout....
