:aktion034: First time we went to TTR, we talked to quite a few people that were going to be there the same week as we were here on Cancuncare, but either we were too shy or seemed to tame maybe. Saw most everyone we talked to prior to the trip. Very few as much as came over to say hi...aren't you big and little (Gary and Carla)? or come over and have a drink with us. We did meet two other couples that we hung out some at the pool and at Patty O's the last two days and had fun! Love the vibe the sexy pool entertainment and nightlife...therefore we're coming again. At Hedo...the first time people you talk to prior to arrival see you...they raise their glasses, yell out your names and invite you to join the fun! So confused when we arrived at TTR the first couple of days. Soooo....if I (Carla) seem a bit more forward in introductions this trip its simply due to the fact that partying in a group is sooo much more fun than partying alone, and want to make sure the message is clear that I am approachable, like to have fun, flirt and we aren't the jealous types, but not into drama. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE OR ADVICE ON JOINING THE FUN?:daveandmo:
I agree! I hope I can recognize everyone from the site. I should be easy to spot.. A pale white or bright pink ginger, in Ohio State garb. Please if don't say hi or see anyone right away hit me, kick me or kiss me. (kiss me part for the ladies only) lol. I'm there to party and have fun!
PLEASE...:huepfen021: When we show up Sept 14th and get our nerves intact & make it to the pool or Paty0's or where ever.. Give us a shout out.. wife is still a bit leery. This is one of the main reasons we are trying out TTR. The other AI's we visit are wonderful but mingling is hit or miss.. and later in the evening, unless a killer band is playing things die down very quickly.
Then don't be surprised when I walk straight up to you and plant a soft kiss hello on you before I say "I've been looking for you everywhere!"
Hahaha I knew your user name looked familiar. Hedonites here too. And yes you are so right. The group always makes the vacation that much better. So go on and walk right up to people and hopefully make some more new friends.. You guys were at hedo same time as us like two or three years ago. Feb 2009 or 2010. They all run together.. The years that is.. Trips too. Lol. Have a great time.
I hear you on how the year's and the trips run together! We made Hedo 2 for Valentine's week to 10 days in 06, 07, 08, 09, H3 before 06. I beat out a Bubbly Bear to win the Toga Contest in (I think) 09...was shocked. They are a very big group. LOL Still wear the diamond studs I won! We average 2-4 trips to the Caribbean a year, so yes they run together! I hear Hedo has gone down hill some...when were you guys there last? Have you tried the new N Resort? We will probably check that one out in the next year! We spent Spring Break this year in the Riviera Maya, and are going on a cruise in December. So this year's time off is about booked up!
