I am curious if the hotel will hold your luggage if you get there really early and there is no early check in available. We do this when we go to Vegas and then go walk around to get a little bit more out of the first day.
We went on the Boobs Cruise in October on a day that we were checking out of another hotel and then checking in to DRM. There were 4 of us. The hotel very kindly held our luggage for the cruise (we were sure to leave a nice tip...and decided that we are going to be TTR regulars as well based on the short interactions we had there for that day, although I heard that they have stopped letting non-guests go through the lobby and moved the sign-in for the cruise down towards the beach since then...which may have actually have prevented us from trying TTR if that had been the case...but i digress...). Since the aforementioned parenthetical note on the recent change, not sure that they would hold for non-guests anymore, but can't imagine that they would deny an "early" guest.
