I know there have been multiple threads about this in the past but thought I'd give my most recent experience in case anyone needs the info. We stayed from 5/23 until 6/1.

We were in the block of rooms off Patyo's that face the Sexy pool (room # 2210). Wifi coverage was very good there.

We paid the 80 bucks for the week and selected the "laptop" option. Note that even though it says you can't connect more than a single device I was able to have 2 phones and a laptop connected, but not all at the same time (I didn't get much of a chance to do some serious testing with this so I don't know if it tracks somehow or what). I do know that throughout the week we had all 3 devices active and even occasionally had all 3 working at the same time.

We also had good coverage down by the Sexy pool (whirlpool) side. I do know that there's barely any coverage in the buffet area.

Only real issue I ran into was after our first week was over our "account" was inactive. In order to add another day to it I had to create a completely new account (had to do that to add another day as well).

For us it worked pretty well - sure the cost is a bit high but for a week it wasn't bad - we just looked at it as an added small cost for our vacation. It allowed us to post sexy pics of Mrs. team on Facebook and text (via web) to our friends :)

    Hope the info helps someone!

The cost for a week is now $35 USD. You can sign up online. I would avoid buying the over priced cards from the dispenser.

Wow the price must have just dropped in the last couple of weeks. That's a decent deal then!

There is a little bar down the beach which has free wifi and cold beer( Coco,s Grill) just buy a drink and they will give you the code. I used it a couple of times to call my daughter in the UK using Viber.

    Here is the link:
    https://www.wifi-soft.com/webportal/bbg/index?location=temptation

It worked spectacular for the first 9 days here, but the last 2 days have been shaky since they did some sort of equipment upgrade. I think the bugs will be worked out quickly and you will find that WIFI service will be dramatically better than in the past!

PS. Wait until you are on the property to access the link.

Does anyone know if you can stream music? I enjoy my i heart radio when I am getting ready for the evening. I know Pandora doesn't work.

    Thanks!

We are with you - we were unable to log into Sirius on line out of the states, do not recall if tried iheart in Feb.
Speed - We have been able to stream videos only late at night though the lack of bandwidth when many are online during the day would likely make steaming music/video impossible. Guess we will see in July what the recent upgrades have done.

I'd guess that most streaming services won't work outside the US due to licensing restrictions. There are ways around this (proxy servers, etc.) but they normally require an additional fee.

As to where to purchase from the easiest thing to do is just connect to the WiFi once you're there, fire up your browser and you'll be redirected to a page when you can purchase access.
