So it has been 4 years since we have been there, has anything changed? We are so excited to come again Nov. 19-25. Any tips on silver buying? Already looking at spring dates. (April anyone?)
You will find they try to dress things up a bit more at night, also only the Asian and Italian restraunts require reservations. They don't (as far as I know) do the silver thing anymore (I'm a premier member so never had that concern). Most people I know can get the better booze (bacardi etc), by asking by brand name for it. Otherwise it's still the same fun place you've come to know!
The biggest change you will notice is that Chinos, Omar, Lalo, and T are gone. The new cast is OK, but doe not have the ability to get the Sexy Pool crowd going like those guys could.
Welcome back guys...Its been about 4 years for me as well. But Im coming back in June 2013 and cant wait. My fiancee is very excited about spending our honeymoon TTR and the Krazy TTR Family.
Like Keith said, the place has been renovated and there are now 2 restuarants at night (besides the buffet) where you can eat without reservations. Asian and Italian are still awesome and worth getting up a bit early to make one. Reservation system has changed and you can now make a reservation 3 days out. Booze is top shelf if you ask it by name. Rum and coke will get you the cheap stuff. Bacardi will get you bacardi. Night time entertainment has changed alot too, but they still have casino/lingerie night, although without Chinos and T, it's not the same...
We also agree the new entertainment staff has yet to figure out how to get the sexy pool going. Our third trip this year is over Halloween hopefully the vibe will be better by the pool but the last two trips not so much.
