Wholeweat Pasta, Wholewheat Rice

I need to get hold of Wholewheat Pasta and or Wholewheat Rice, i've tried Chedraui, Mega, Walmart and Bodega and can't find it anywhere. Has anyone ever seen it for sale here, the health shops don't even seem to stock it!

 

They have it at Walmart for sure but sometimes you have to look in their "healthy" sections that they have set up in areas other than where you think you'll find it (pasta isle).

There may be a time when they are out but usually they get it back in. If you find it, buy 50 at once. That's the general rule when you find something you like in CUN.

 

Well strangely i found some wholewheat pasta last night, just one variety, penne pasta, in the new Mega on Lopez Portillio which is actually the best one i have been to. However, numerous searches in Walmart have given me nothing but i'll be sure to look agian, more keen for rice than the pasta because pasta is so hard to eat.

 

I've purhased arroz integral both at Chedraui and Walmart. That is real rice! I've even had Mexicans comment on it when served!

For a country that loves rice and beans they sure have a crap selection!

 

Can you tell me where you found it because i've tried several Chedraui's.

 

Served with some Sainsburys mint and lamb kebabs :shock:

Ever seen Kidney beans, like in a Chilli Con Carne, in fact ever seen anyone sell Chilli Con Carne in this country.

Ever had decent mince?
