Who should fingerprint the folks leaving the USA?

    One would think that since DHS prints them coming in, they should print them as they leave. After all, it's their policy that is being enforced is it not?

    I totally agree with you on this one. This is where I don't like the government interfearing with private enterprise. If the government wants everyone printed, for whatever reason, they should take 100% responsibility for doing it, including sucking up the cost of doing so.

    The airlines should be left to do what they do best, and that is fly folks where they want to go. If the government wants to pay the airlines the full cost of hiring staff, training staff, purchasing equipment, servicing equipment, etc.....then the airlines should have the option of saying yes, or no. They should NOT be forced into the law enforcement field against their will.
