Anyone else constantly trying to figure out where you can wear TTR outfits in the real world, besides the bedroom?? It has become a second obsession. I do remember reading a post that some people have started blurring the lines about work appropriate clothing/costumes since visiting TTR. I feel like that may also be happening - except not for work, since I work in schools! Just in general life - I wore quite a short dress to my daughter's preschool graduation tonight - from her CHURCH preschool. Didn't really think about it until we were sitting there and I felt like some of the grandparents were looking at me funny. :whisper: Oops! Anyway!!! I miss theme nights!! And side note - what the heck is this guy???
I feel your pain. Trips to TTR do start to change your idea about how much skin is "appropriate." I always get a little weirded out by our local pool, where all the moms are in tankinis! I work in a high school. I wouldn't dare wear any of my TTR wear around here, but I must admit since we started going, my heels have gotten a little higher and a few of my skirts have probably raised a few eyebrows!
I work in the grocery business. I think that would be a great place to get some use out of the outfits. Whole new meaning to customer service.
You are around the corner from Land O Lakes area - There are multiple places where these outfits or less are appropriate - weekend dances year around at these AANR resorts.
he says: Upon our return the first thing we did was stuff one suitcase full of Ms SkiBum's clothing and our newfound toy collection. It resides at my house, away from the prying eyes of her teenagers. Of course, on a fairly regular basis that suitcase gets opened up..... you know, so things don't get musty.
