Dell Mexico ships within Mexico. I think shipping is included in the price. They ship Estafeta, so it's reliable and the stuff shows up. I bought a monitor from them and everything was fine. The only hiccup was that their web site didn't like my credit card which has a US billing address, so I ended up finalizing the transaction with a phone call. But it all worked out great.
