So one of my "things" when I go somewhere (its been business travel so far) is I snap a pic of the Hard Rock Cafe... just a place I like to go to. I googled the Cancun HRC, looks so so from the outside.. where is it close to? Is it by chance near the Steakhouse? So far one of my fav HRC was in Orlando... nice look outside... had it as the pic on my phone, but that phone died and I can't get that pic back Vegas HRC was really cool... had a nice touch screen display (huge display) that floated rock memorabilia around.. you touch it and it zooms in and you can read about it. Very cool!
It's part of the Forum Mall. It's a pretty nice place. We end up there for a bite to eat and a cold beer every year. Carlos N Charlies is also in the same mall. The entire back of the Hard Rock faces the ocean. Tables, chairs and a bar are on the balcony as well..
There is a Hard Rock Cafe store in the Cancun Airport, you can pick up some souvenirs there, maybe take some fake photos!!! Paul
