There is no one place to find the cheapest deal. Best way to find the cheapest deal is look everywhere. Starting with www.kayak.com and www.hotelscombined.com
It really depends...certain people have also used skoosh.com (some hotel prices are amazing, others are higher than kayak or other sites); just have to look around! As for me, I will typically do my price comparisons, and have a local agent that will then attempt to have either Apple Vacations or Go Go Vacations (two very reputable companies who I have NEVER had problems with) price match. Typically, the companies are able to price match better on hotels than on airfare. This way, you have the best prices AND a reputable company who will stand behind the vacation.
