As a new memeber I find this forum very interesting and wouldn't mind knowing where the people are from I'm talking too. A little baout myself My real home back in England is Essex/East London a place called Romford. I'm out here for 8 months working as a Sound & Light Tech for a British cast of singers in a Hotel near Puerto Morelos. At the moment I'm living close to Oxxo on Av La Costa. Now your turn!

I'm born and raised in Richmond, Virginia in the USA. I came here to study Tourism Administration 5 years ago. I graduated university here last year and now I'm working at a travel agency and enjoying life I'm engaged to be married in one month (!!!) to a Mexican, and we're not sure if we'll stay in Mexico permanently or move back to the States someday.
Canadian, been here almost seven years. Taught English for most of my time here, now working in social media for a tourism company and chasing my five year old kiddo.
I'm English and i'm from Kent even though i was raised in Crawley in W.Sussex. I met my Mexican wife here in 2005 and we're now married and live here permantely at the very end of the Bonampak heading towards Punta Sam. We have two young children and I work as a product designer for someone in the States.
Born and raised in the best damn city in the world - Stockholm (hehe) Lived for a year in Thailand before moving to Australia, working at a zoo and with eco-tourism. Once there, I met the woman who is now my wife. We were both "fed up" with OZ so we decided to give it a break for at least a few years. We hade to decide between Sweden and Mexico. Sweden would be very unpractical since my wife doesnt speak the language(and the loooong winters, ugh..), and I always wanted to travel to Mexico, so the choice was made in about 10 seconds, hehe. Right now I work with a private "Holiday rental" company, which is ok, but far from what I really want to do with my life. On my spare time I do as much volunteering as I can squeeze in, mostly stray animals and environmental stuff. Mexico wont be "forever", but its been interesting for a few years Possibly a return to OZ or New Zealand, or maybe even Costa Rica. Costa Rica would be amazing for setting up my eco-tourism business(REAL eco-tourism that is... No sports bars, all inclusives etc. )
I'm from Nottingham, England. Met my wife Jannet while on holiday in Cancun in 1998. Jannet is originally from Acapulco but moved to Cancun age 13. Jannet moved to the UK where we spent 6 years together before moving to Cancun in Sept 2004. We have a 5 yr old daughter and a new baby boy due to arrive in 8 weeks. As far what I do, I spent the last 8 years building up a network of web sites (including this one) which generate income through affiliate sales and advertising. Prior to that I worked for the Environment Agency in the UK and was involved in improving landfill specifications across the country.
Good to meet you, now need to sober up for work tomorrow..... So come on, this is the most busy website I have seen here in Mexico for English. don't be shy...........
