You can buy random bracelets online, and even get them made up with custom stuff. But the bracelets that you are seeing on people's mugs are normally "earned". For example, each time you go on the Boobs Cruise you are given an orange one. People save these up, and after they have many and don't want them on their wrist, they put them on their mugs. Also, people go at certain times during the year when a repeater group is there, for example "June junkies" someone in the group normally gets them made up and sells/gives them to the group with the proceeds being donated to Chinos cancer cause.
