I never found it, but since friends started bring it down 12 ounces at a time, I heard 100 Percent Natural, at least a time ago, sold it for 200 pesos per kilo. Haven't check that out myself yet, but I love the stuff! It is so versatile!
Try Costco near the cereal isle. I know they sell it in the US stores, so who knows you may get lucky there.

By the way, I have heard so many different pronunciations for Quinoa. The most correct, as pointed out by my gourmet daughter, seems to be: "KEEN-wah". The other accepted one is "key-NO-wah"/ Check it out, audio style: Merriam-Webster Pronunciation
