We just got back from our first time at temptations in May,we are thinking about going back next year but thinking about going over Halloween..... Can anyone tel me if the weather is as good in October as May? And if it is as busy over Halloween?and Do they do much to celebrate Halloween???? Thank you

Yep, it's our favorite time to go as well. Lots of the same crowd as April, always fully booked and everyone dresses up for Halloween.
As for your weather question, no the weather isn’t as good but it is still a good time to go. It is warmer in May. Plus the sun goes down earlier in later October. We have a cut off as first week of November as the last time we will go because we like it more on the warmer side so may be more picky than some. But to answer your weather comparison question no it isn’t as good as May.
Damn spot on!!! We are the exact same way. Have been to Cancun all 12 months, our target for vacation is no earlier than late April to mid October. And May is the best weather of all months in our opinion.
We've been in mid-February and at end-October a couple of times each, and in our opinion, Kyle's exactly right. It's noticeably cooler during the days in either February or October. Granted, for us thin-blooded Texas types, if it gets below 82F we're starting to get cold. Our friends from Canada laugh at us sissies. But... they don't visit Houston in July or August, either. Well, they might.... once. Crowd is good in February & October, though, no concerns there.
We just booked yesterday for 10/27-11/2 and we were told that the resort is at 98% capacity. The only rooms they had left were Garden rooms with 2 double beds.
Lots and Lots of repeaters hit TTR for the Halloween week. It's a good time, just not always quite warm enough for us. 70s at night while wearning basically nothing is ...hmmm... nipply. Generally not a bad result, but apparently a bad sensation.
We’ve been during Halloween week three times. Never felt cold at night, but cloudy days don’t warm up the pool enough, that is for sure.
