What have you all gone through just to get to Spring Break? Selling off something valuable, take on a second job, or in Andrew's case (from what I can remember) quitting your job? Let the rooks know how important this trip means to you all every year. I can speak for myself this year by saying I can only attend if my (hopeful) new career allows me the week off during training. After this year I'll always have that week, but some of you are talking retirement. Boo! I can't be a "one and done" kind of person.

I cant begin to tell you how many XBox 360's I've sold in order to fund my trip to Cancun...seems like every year I get a new one and put it on Ebay in order to pay for numerous trips to Senor Frogs and 3 for 1 t shirts at the flea market...so worth it!
for clarification purposes -- i didnt quite quit my job for cancun.. it was bound to happen at some point, so march seemed like an appropriate time.. would i do it again? perhaps if i another job lined up.

for my first spring break i had to leave everything behind... my job, family, friends and i just moved there... for my second one... well i had just moved back to my parents house in January and i had to cry for 2 months in a row to make dad feel sorry for me and get me the plane ticket... you gotta love it! :lol: :bounce:
