I'd say yes. It depends on the crowd. I think it's really more of a popularity contest sometimes as well.
Good looking women are good looking women. What sets you apart is how 'over the top' you are ready to go. If that means stripping down or jumping into the arms of a strange man during the contest that may be how you would win lol
We saw Miss Temptation twice in September about the best looking woman didn't win either of them. If your part of a loud crowd you'll win because it's all about who can scream the loudest. That said everyone had thier favs and screamed as loud as they could so it was very very close xxx
The week we were there the last week of Feb Mindi from MrMrsDiesel won. I think she is mid 30's and I also think she just won the February month prize.
