I feel like this can so go one way or another from person to person, and even from trip to trip depending what you order. So I kind of base my assessment on the restaurant itself and the dining experience, not just the food.

I voted for the Asian and the seafood. I feel the asian is best if you order from the menu and don't do the hibachi. And the seafood is great because the location is cool, and hopefully it is nice and you can sit outside.

The Italian is also very good, but I feel it can take a little too long. Plus I am actually Italian, so I pretty much wont order or expect the kind of Italian food I eat normally. But, no judgement, lots of people like the Italian food and rave about the lasagna (whereas I wouldn't touch it).

"She" was also cool, and could be great if you are really going for some alone time and a long romantic meal, but that isn't really the type of people Elyse and I are...especially at TTR post the sexy pool. We end up having our alone lunches before the days events unfold. I honestly feel rude if I know I am toasted and being a little loud at dinner when other people are trying to be romantic.

One GREAT thing I will say about the restaurants now is they all pretty much seem to have their own little side room with a 8-10 person table. The fun group meals are the best in my opinion, so now having an offical option for this makes it easier, and you aren't bothering other guests around you that are dining alone and taking their meal more serious. (You just would have to work with someone a day or so ahead in an attempt to reserve these tables.)

We had a group of 10 and were at Romanza, the Italian restaurant. We had to wait for a table to accommodate us. Our timing was unfortunately off, because at a table that could have served 10-12 there was a (small) group of 5. Another large table also had a few fewer people than the 10-12, but they were a group of about 8, let's say, so them being at the large table was understandable.

We were offered the private room, however they wanted $150.00. Of course we would not pay that. Then they said if we bought 3 bottles of wine we could have the room. It is a beautiful room, but we weren't going to pay the $50-$75 dollars or so the wine would have cost.

There was a section of 4 tables in a row, spaced apart for egress/ingress. We asked for them to be pushed together and make a large table and bring over an adjacent table to easily accommodate us. They said no, that the tables were too heavy, might break (they do have a heavy granite top).

After waiting about 30 minutes we finally just went over to that section and moved the tables together and made it work.

Yea that Italian place has always been a pain in the ass to get a big table. Guess it really could be hit or miss with the timing.

I also didn't realize there were standards for the private tables. Not really looking to pay or have to buy wine. In the past this is usually where our memberships and a little side cash come into play. In the future, my plan is basically to let our butler make this kind of stuff happen. He was all about helping us out this last trip and the reservation thing was much more simple than in the past because of this.

One of the hardest things when setting up the large group dinner is keeping everyone in check enough by day to make the dinner. There is always some kind of drunken lateness from someone. Or even the wildcard that doesn't seem like they will make it at all. Our group just keeps telling each other: "Remember we have dinner at..." "Remember, dinner!!", "Oh shit, you ain't making dinner", "Don't forget you have to get dressed", "F dinner,it's party time", "Remember we have do less shots before and during dinner", "Who's carrying them back to the room", "Oh shit, it's 10:30 and I am still in my bathing suit (or lack there of) and I think I might have missed dinner".

Do you still have to make reservations to any of the restaurants? If so, when and where is this done?

She requires a reservation. The Asian restaurant (sutra) requires a reservation but only if you want to eat at the Hibachi section. Eating from the regular menu in Sutra does not require a reservation.

If you are a member you now have a butler who will gladly handle reservations. Those who are on referral may also have a butler (I'm not sure if that is the case or not). Otherwise, I am not sure how you make a reservation as I did not need one. Im sure the front desk staff or concierge staff (they have a desk right near the front desk) can point you in the right direction.

Reservations can be made at a pink, weird shaped shagadelic desk at the bottom of the stairs that go from the lobby, under the lobby bar down to the buffet section.
