I just got back from my cruise and on the formal night I decided to wear my white suit that i take for white night at Temptations. I'm hanging out at the piano bar when someone comes up asking if I was zurc from cancuncare! Hes hasn't been to the resort yet but found the boards when checking places out and recognized me from our picture countdown. What a small effing world!
Here is another small world story from our trip in January. One of our Cancuncare members on the Boobs Cruise saw someone who looked familiar on the boat - turned out to be her cousin and neither had any idea the other would be there! It was too funny - and they had a wonderful time for the rest of the cruise and hung out at the resort together. I just love that story!!
My first trip there I actually ran into my cousins on lingerie night. Glad that was before I started running around in a sock! Awkward family reunion none the less.
Really is a small world. I have another one. I'm facebook friends with a girl I went to college with 10 years ago - she left when she met the love of her life across the pond, upped sticks, got married and moved to New York. One day a few weeks ago I'm checking facebook and she has an update saying she's going on vacation in a few months to Isla Mujeres. Turns out she's there same time as I'm in Cancun, needless to say I've an extra trip planned to Isla Mujeres now!
