Hi all, myself and my husband will be in Temptation resort at the begining of August and we are interested in swimming with the Whale Sharks. Has anyone done this, if so how was it and where is the best deal to book through?

    Many thanks

    Lorraine & Gary

Wife and I went last September and it was FANTASTIC. Saw about 50 whale sharks on our trip and you get within a foot of them swimming. Highly reccomend it to everyone

Wow thanks for sharing that looks amazing. 180pp seems really pricey but looks like a very unique experience

Hi - My wife and I are experienced divers and we will certainly be diving two of our days in Cancun. With this said, we are also very excited about the whale shark experience. However, we would love to get more feedback from anybody that has done it or is going to do it, as we have heard that many of these tours shuffle people out there and allow five minutes in the water and then immediately out for two more people to go? I have been told that if you go to Isla Mujeres you can go on a tour for $125 per person that actually allows time in the water. Is this true? We are going August 8th-15th would we have enough people to reserve a boat together and have a better experience????
