Hi, we are looking for a vetrinarian recommendation to help us fix the stray animals. We want to start capturing them and getting them fixed. After recovery we will be returning them where they were found. We are looking for someone who could possibly reduce the cost for us and help with the recovery process. English spoken would be best.
