We took our first trip to Temptation and avoided the whole time share thing. Now we have been back just over a week and can't wait to go again. So, what does the time share cost? And what does it get you?

It costs a lot, and gets you a white wrist band. Slightly better drinks and a seat on the new deck. With GOV opening and major construction on the way I highly suggest waiting a year before you commit.

There are the member orgies and prepaid prostitutes but I'm not supposed to tell anyone that lol!

But you do get things like the exchanges (RCI, SFX) some better rates on rooms, etc. Lots of little things but over time they do add up depending on how patient you are and willing to be in the process.

so basically you're just pre-paying for the room since it only gets you a discounted rate, and we drink beer?

kind of, it depends on how much you travel, It can help save money if you want to make use of the exchanges etc. If you take a trip only once or twice every 5 years for example not worth it in my opinion.

We bought it last year and it cost us about $6000. You get 25 weeks that can be used over 25 years. But we got a membership to SFX also which saved us on air travel. We saved about $800 this year between air and room cost, but you get better rooms, food, drinks and access to there yacht. If you go at least once a year it's well worth it. Oh and you get access to the hot tub on the balcony and what went on up there sold me!!!! XXX

So when you use one of the 25 weeks is it free or do you have to pay an AI fee ?
