hi folks ... 32 days left and pleasant anticipation is growing! noted that TTR offers some kind of watersports. as we are sailors (though on a single hull boat) would like to take advantage riding on one of their HOBIE CAT through blue waters. did'nt find anything sofar and may i can grab some info/experience from you about the resort's policy to use the watersports attractions. do they charge additional fees ? do they require certain licences ? do i have to make reservations ? thanks for advices and greetings from good ole germany
We rented a wave runner for 40 minutes and it was $55 - there is a slower one for $45 but everyone said go for the better one. We did and it was SO much fun! You need cash to rent any of the water equipment, they don't take credit cards. You should also tip them because they don't work for the resort and who knows what they make, but they were nice and helpful. We didn't need any license, and they didn't ask for our ID or anything. We just showed up in bathing suits with $55 and they put our life vests on and let us go out. You can barter with them for more time out on the water - but that will depend on how busy they are. Tips work well for that - worked for us to get more time!
there Is no charge for unmotorised water craft you just find out when they give A class and go down they take you out show you the basics then you can check them out when ever you want thats the hobbi cats and wind surfer have fun wish I was going
