The resort water is filtered. Some people still say they don't drink it, and only use bottled water (where you can easily get all around the resort), but the ice is made from the filtered resort water.

I drink the water from the tap, and never had a problem. But not everyone is the same, and I guess it depends what antibodies you have built up.

I really hope you're joking asking about VD at the resort. Not really something talked about, as everyone has AIDS. They test you when you get there at check-in, and you can't get a tower room unless you have been tested.

We washed our bubba mugs from the sink and brushed our teeth with the sink water. Never again, words can’t describe the sickness we received. We won’t chance it again.

I feel like most people have that problem from the fruit though. Remember that is going to be different, and uncooked fruit/food is also going to be washed with the same water that you are then ingesting.

I just ignored the stupid part and focused on the real.

We did eat the fruit from the floating pool thing...hmm...no sink water, no fruit.. it seriously almost ruined our vacation.
