When we were last there it seemed like it was okay to be walking around in the HZ and market area with an open container drinking. After reading some other newer post on here it seems that the police are cracking down on this. Is it still okay to have an open container as long as your not stumbling drunk or not making a big scene? I like having my drink and walking around looking but i don't get drunk while out doing this.
I'm pretty sure that officially it's illegal, but it's one of those things that's rarely enforced. It's difficult to advise on because 99 times out of 100 you'll be fine but you could always come across a cop who got out of the wrong side of bed that day.
