We will be at TTR July 6-12. We looked at the Vow Renewal package from the hotel. We not interested in all the stuff and the $800+ cost. Any ideas for something more simple?
Are vow renewals necessary or redundant? Discuss. (@Jes&Jer Please help us to understand the need/value/benefits? Next year is our 40th wedding anniversary, and in truth, we've never contemplated a vow renewal event ... we 'live' our vows every day. Unless it will be a blowout of a party, a Vow Renewal kinda sounds like a contrived forced-romance cash grab with imposed costs on yourselves and your guests/family. But hey, we get it, it's none of our business, just a curious question. We don't hear much of these type of events. For whatever reason, vow renewals seemed more popular in years gone by. If you're going ahead with it, maybe a Vow Renewal Boobs Cruise! ... you guys and fellow cruisers can no doubt come up with some creative, exciting, memorable and participative 'vows' with the Rev. Chinos and the Rev. Omar presiding!)
