Has anybody here flown Volaris? We booked our May trip with them last night because they were roughly $400 cheaper than the next lowest price. We've never heard of them and they get pretty bad reviews online, but we took into account the price and the fact that people are far more likely to bitch about things online than to take the time to give a review of an average, normal flight. Still, it would be reassuring to hear from somebody who's flown them with no problem!

Hope it works out well for you...Tacoma WA to Cancun is a long trip on a bad airline...I know too well because I used to fly Sunwing from Vancouver. Good luck!
We have flown Belarus before same with Aeromexico they're nice airplanes of course you only get beverage service and I would suggest bring your own blanket and pillow but we've never had a bad experience with either Airline and they are super reasonable on pricing
We’ve flown Volaris a few times specifically to Cancun, also because of the price. We always had a great experience...nice plains, great service and always on time.
We flew them last year. More like Spirit then Southwest. Pretty uncomfortable but cheap as hell. We lived!
We have always had a good experience with Volaris. A tad uncomfortable but definitely not as bad as spirit.
