I used it on my last trip, we were delayed 7 hours. It was worth it for me in that instance. I won't use it again unless my delay is longer than 3 hours.
I would go insane if our flight got delayed for 7 hours! Did you make a reservation in advance, or just ask when you got there?
We just walked in when we found out about the delay. There was hardly anyone in there at first, but it filled up quickly. It was nice to have the comfy chairs, tvs, snacks, and clean fresh bathroom.
Heard about a couple who were there last year when we were - their flight was cancelled and had to get a new flight the next day. They tried to get back into TTR for that night but no luck.
