Vince & Wendy's Temptations Experience April 9th-16th

Will write a bit of a trip report, but almost all we would like to say has already been said by all the great people that we met the week of April 9-16th.
Was excited to arrive for our second trip to Temptations, but were crushed when we found out they were overbooked when we got there. They put us up at the Golden Parnassus and gave us a letter for 3 free nights back (good for a year) Cannot say too much about the Golden Parnassus as we dropped off our bags and headed back to Temptations to meet with the people we were looking forward to seeing. All cabs to and from were at Temptations expense. Did not take too long to find Glenn & Monique, who made our first trip very memorable and met Rick & Vanessa, Ed & Sue, Dan & Angela and Diane and Bud that first night who made our second trip memorable.
Had to be back at Temptations early the first morning, for our Boobs Cruise with Steve and Janet. Awesome cruise with great people. Thanks Steve and Janet for the great day and Wendy is looking forward to wearing her cancuncare.com bandeau she bought. (Glad to hear that they are a good seller
The rest of the week was all about the sexy pool thru the day and the wonderful themes that were put together for the evenings. Thanks to all that made the effort to arrange these nights... they were great!!! Completely enjoyed the late evenings on the beach listening to the incredible strumming and singing on the beach. Thanks Brewster and Kim, you guys were great...(stayed up far too late a couple nights
Hardest part for me was to decide whether to stay up for another half hour to put the towels on the chair before bed or try to sleep only for an hour and then go sleep at the pool. Woke up a couple of days poolside.lol Unfortunately this habit has turned into a nickname (Towel Bitch), thanks Monique. lol
The room was great, the staff is exceptional. We were very lucky and did not get ill at all. Think we drank enough to keep the bacteria confused. They could definitely work on the music. Food to me was good. Ate at Margaritas alot and have to say that dinner at the Asian restaurant was once again my favorite. This was helped by the good company we had in Greg and Darcy. Hope one day we can do it again.
How do we name all the great people we met. You all know who you are and you should also know that you made the trip everything we expected. Would hate to miss anyone so will just keep talking too you all here on cancuncare.
The friends and conversation along with a lot of dancing made our trip at Temptations. All were relaxed, happy and ready to meet, greet and party. What more could you ask for. No wonder we all start planning our next trip as soon as we get home.
To all that enjoy this resort, or for those who are thinking about this place as their next destination. Most people here open their minds and accept life as we all should on a daily basis. The experience will let you know that we are all the same when it comes down to enjoying life, does not matter who or what you are or where you come from. What a great experience to take home with you. Makes you put the little things into perspective.
The worst thing I can say is that once you leave, reality bites quickly. Hence, the reason we all start planning the next trip. Till me meet again, or meet for the first time. Can hardly wait!!! Cheers everyone!!!

 

Thanks for the TR, I know you had a blast. It's hard to believe that they overbook, yet I guess it was good for you. Glen and Monique always make it a good time. Hope to see you next year in May...

Great Trip Report , It was great meeting you guys and spending a majority of my trip with ya.. some late nights and then some early ones when I was down for the count with that stomach killer. But I believe you were probably the first person I saw everyday at the pool as I made my way towards the next hangover. It was a fun time that needs to be repeated and I look forward to being part of it. Cheers my friend

You must not have seen last nights reults. Doesn't look good for the Canucks, up 3 games and now tied grrrrrrr.......:bash: Frikn Blackhawks!!!!

 

Ah Caveman and my savor towel bitch. You knew exactly what day to take over my towel bitch duties as my night kept getting later and later and it got harder to be up by 7:30. Thanks Vince. We had a blast with you guys once again this year. I remember one morning I think it took me two hours to move, get a my gym clothes on and get out there and here you had save me prime seats. Wow baby. You made my day. See you both next year or in summer maybe. 27 days till we return wanna come?
