Has anyone been to this resort? If so any suggestions/information would be appreciated. Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa :: Cancun, Mexico My brother and sister in law are going in end of March, can they also use US Airport Transfer to the resort?
I've never been but I know where it is. It's a newer resort about 3 miles from the centre of downtown Cancun and quite a way from the main clubs and bars in the party centre (maybe 30 minutes by cab and an hour by bus). There's not much going on in the immediate area but it is quite close to the fast ferry to Isla Mujeres, so definitely worth a trip over there. The beach is ok but not great, fairly similar to Temptation. Yes, they can use USA Transfers - the location is Playa Mujeres and round trip price is $69 for 2 people.
