My wife and I have been to Temptation for the last 5 years and if it was up to me I would not look for anything else. However, she has expressed interest in trying somewhere different. Has anyone been to a resort in Aruba or the Dominican that even comes close to the vibe at Temptation? Thanks in advance.
Been asked before and the answer has been no . Stay away from the Royal Catalonia, in DR they claim to be Adult only, but are not , only the strip of rooms are , was a disappointment
We tried the old Grand Lido Braco in Jamaica. It is since closed, but it had an au natural section that was nice but it was so mellow it made the quiet pool at TTR seem downright raucous in comparison. We have not found anything that has quite the vibe of TTR.
We have tried all over nothing even close. That's why we bought the premier on our last trip for fun in the sun TTR only from now on. We will do our other travel to Europe etc sight seeing.
Take a look at Caliente Caribe....... It's C/O and a beautiful place....but it's more $$$$$. TTR is tough to beat for the money!
re Caliente Dominican R. ...yes full c/o nudist opportunities on whole property including dining room ... we were there 2 years ago in July for 7 days & if you can believe there was only 18 people there that week but saw no swinging action if your worried about that .. resort is very large with both multi floor accomodation building & single unit cottage type units ... large pool with swim up bar up on higher ground beside dining room & 2 smaller pools near the beach & other bar ... no resorts on either side for miles but admit beach very small frontage & cant walk along shore for large rocks .. vertually no entertainment except for small disco that dj does his thing every nite .. resort claims winter months much busier & website does show various take overweeks thuout the year that I think could be fun ... If you want a peace full vacation this would be the place if you wanted to do your own thing .. calienteresorts website has more info on both Tampa , Florida & Dom R. properties
Temptation Cabos is nice too, but different. I like Cancun better. Jamaica was nice too but I like having some clothes. We went ot Hedo III and hedo II. Not sure you'll find something as much fun but then again maybe she wants more romantic.

There are many beautiful resorts all over the Caribbean...what makes Temptation special is the large number of repeaters combined with CancunCare - making it so easy to make and continue lifelong friendships. I enjoy cruises...but the kids all over the ship too often ruin the atmosphere. Same thing with resorts that aren't adults only. Temptation invites you to step out of your comfort zone without requiring it in order to have fun.
