V - You should start a blog. Seriously! You've got so many wonderful insights, I'm sure a blog would be well received. I'm sure others here will agree! You should think about it. Both www.blogger.com and www.wordpress.com offer good free blog platforms. And if you are really serious about it you can buy your own domain name and point it at your blog, so you can have a custom web address. Blogging is lots of fun, and it opens your writing up to a wider audience. I think you'd be a great blogger. Go for it!

I rarely post over here, but do read this forum. Who knows, maybe someday I'll move south when these Iowa winters get to be too much for me. I agree, V, you should do a blog, your research on living in Cancun is great and I think all of your knowledge could be shared with many more people living in or planning to move to Cancun.
