Don't forget tonight it's USA v Mexico at the stadium!

Womens football. Should be whitewash by the USA so plenty of goals for the gringo population to enjoy.

Cheap as chips to get in and a great excuse to show your national pride, eat an argentinean hot dog and have a few beers! :aktion033:

It is $50 per person. I think you can buy them at the stadium.

US had many late opportunities but the Red, White and Green prevailed.

It's been on ESPN all night long. (Couldn't sleep) Ja Ja

Yes the tickets are 30 & 50 pesos and you can buy them at the stadium.
I recommend that you go by no later than mid afternoon and pick them up in advance as the lines at the ticket counter are pretty long come game time.
I went to the last couple of games and it was a blast. It was with mixed emotions as I cheered for Canada, but last night was an amazing game by Mexico and I was on my feet cheering with the rest of the crowd most of the night.
If you have not been, it is highly recommended to check out the final game (on Monday?).

Greatest upset in women's soccer history
“ To put this game in further perspective, the U.S. had never lost to Mexico, going 24-0-1 in those games and winning by a combined score of 106-9. The U.S. had also never lost in World Cup qualifying (21-0-0, combined score of 131-3). And the team was undefeated in its past 35 games (31-0-4). The first time the U.S. played Mexico, a World Cup qualifier in 1991, the U.S. won 12-0.”

Huge congratulations to Canada on their hard fought win last night.

The Mexican squad were gamers the entire match, but Canada held on for the 1-0 win.

I really hope that we get more international sporting events like this here again soon.
