I booked an airport transfer with USA Transfers but have not received an email confirmation. I also emailed them but no response. Anyone know if this is normal? It's been 4 hours . I'm thinking last time I used them I got a confirmation right away.
I recall ours being confirmed the next day. It's Mexico. Even the best companies are on a different schedule than we are used to here in the states. Don't fret, their reputation is good and they seem to do a darn good job. Worst case, you take a taxi.
Yes we have used them on all our trips. Never have a problem just thought it was strange I didn't receive an email. Guess I will give it a day or so and try it again if I don't get a response. Thanks
Last time we booked I did not receive the auto confirm email right away. I shot them a note and it was handled very quickly. I wouldn't wait if it was me take care of it while it is top of mind. Never had an issue or complaint using them for transfers.
I think when we just booked last week it said it may take up to 24 hours to get your conformation email. We booked it late at night and the conformation email was there the next morning. Good luck.
their system is probably not computer automated , some one probably has to actually open the email and book it on a schedule. same here , sometimes right away sometime next day. which reminds me , I have to book em
I finally got an email and they did not have a record of my reservation. I did it again and got confirmation right away! We are all set! Thanks for all the help
We have received our confirmation right away when booking USA. Good thing you checked with them and got it squared away. Getting a taxi from the airport doesn't happen.
