After Tropical Storm Andrea cancelled our original flight, the next flight turned around 40 mins from CUN due to a broken weather radar, and our luggage went MIA in MIA (Miami), I pretty much expected the worst all the time. The ONLY flawless aspect of our travel was our transfer btw resorts through USA Transfers. Steve, thanks for this recommendation. We'll use them again in the future. Liv
