We reserved a transfer thru Entertainment Plus (aka...USA Transfers). They didn't require a credit card to make the reservation. Does anyone know if paying at the time of pick up is acceptable or should we find a way to prepay it? We don't want them not to pick us up at the airport thinking we aren't going to pay.
Yep you'll pay the driver cash when he picks you up at the airport. It's a fantastic service. Definitely #1 in our books! D
If you're picked up at the airport there's no need to prepay, you pay (for both legs of the transfer) when they pick you up. If you are arranging a transfer not starting at the airport (say from one resort to another, or a one way back to the airport) then these have to be prepaid. This is because of pressure from the taxi union who claim that transfer companies picking up people from hotels, who have not prepaid, are operating as unlicensed taxis and depriving regular taxis of business.

We did book it through this site by using the links. (Which is actually where we heard about it originally.) It's 0 degrees in frosty Iowa...can't wait to be in Mexico!!
We use them everytime and they will charge you when you get there. They are fantastic and we have never had a problem. Book through cancuncare so Steve gets a kick back. If we had a free transfer we would still book them.
