Usa Transfers Scheduling

We’re going to take everyone’s advice and use USA Transfers to and from the hotel at the end of May. When I went to schedule, it asks for a pickup time, but it also asks for your plane’s arrival time. Is 30 min after landing a safe bet for scheduling? It’s our first trip down there, so we don’t know how long it takes to get through everything after you get off of the plane.

 

Our driver was waiting for us upon arrival and bang on time for departure. Havent seen a negative review on them ever. You wont be disappointed

 

I didn’t see that when we booked. It only asked for our planes arrival time and flight number. They track your flight and watch for delays. That way they know when you arrive and adjust the schedule from there.
You will not regret using them. We had one flight a few years ago that was delayed over an hour. When we went through the doors to meet them, they were there and knew about our delay.
If you arrive at a busy time, it can take up to an hour to get through after landing. Weekend and afternoon arrivals can be longer waits. We fly midweek and arrive before noon and have gotten through in less than 30 minutes.

30 minutes is about right. We have never waited more then a few minutes for the USA driver to arrive. USA Transfers has greeters as soon as you exit the airport sliding doors. You can't miss them. They are in uniform and have a sign. The greeters will call the driver who is waiting in a holding lot about 5 minutes away.

 

Ya. They track your flight. If you tip the USA Transfers greeter he gets ya rolling right away. No waiting under canopy
