How should we handle 6 of us arriving at the same time and 2 leaving before the other 4. We want the group rate but don't want to short anyone. Anyone done this before?
We haven't done it but we will likely need to do this type of thing in October with a possible transfer to another resort. I would email them here: info@entertainment-plus.net If its not too much trouble let us know how it goes
You could either book: - A round trip for 6 (and the other two make their own way back to the airport or book a one way back for 2) - Three one ways: 6 from airport to TTR, 4 from TTR to airport and 2 from TTR to airport.
You maybe able to book round trip for all with two separate pick up dates all you gotta do is ask them. The worst that can happen is they say no. i know we emailed a couple of questions to them prior to our first time and the staff was good at answering us. Shoot them your question. I've got a buddy who drives cab and he's been asked something similar did the drop off and come back at a certain time the one couple wants to head home earlier than the rest because of kids and he's always said what do I care monies money.
We had something similar to this 2 different couples coming different days all 4 returning same flight, so i booked a round trip book with USA for 4, put down 2 for transfer to hotel and 4 for return. Other couple booked a 1 way to the airport and still was cheaper then 2 separate round trips. Clear as mud?
