You don't pay for it till you get there then you pay the driver.. so you can book it now to get your confirmation emails etc hope that helps
So if we are arriving next Tuesday we can book it on Monday and be ok? We're in kind of an odd situation where a family member is ill And might result in us having to cancel our trip :-( I was just hoping to avoid losing any further money (even if its only 55$)
It's best to book at least 24 hours' in advance so they have time to email you the confirmation vouchers. You can always email them if you have any changes. If you need to cancel, just let USA Transfers know as soon as you know and that will be good. You don't have to pay anything at all to book and get confirmed. You can pay the driver upon arrival the $55 in cash (USD, pesos or Canadian dollars). Book online here as soon as possible.

Yeah I would book 24 hours ahead as Trina said. Last year we booked well ahead but were bumped from United to American and got in a few hours ahead of time. I called from Dallas to let them know and of course the driver was waiting. USA Trans has always been awesome. Our experience has been that the driver to the resort is always better then the one from but oh well he gets a better tip. And I have had Trina help me when she was there via chat then she simply called me and took care of everything. Jim
