Ok, I sent an email requesting pickup upon arrival and haven't back from them. Our dates our April 22nd - May 1st........should I wait and hope they send a reply?
When did you send it ? Did you book it via Steve link ? It took take about a week before you get your confirmation If not, they have a toll free you can call them, but make sure you booking under Cancuncare to help steve

Bookings are best done by the online booking system, that way it gets entered into the system automatically and you should get a reply within 24 hrs. A couple of years ago I booked and didn't get a confirmation email so I decided to call them the day before we got there just to make sure. Sure enough they did not have our reservation but they gladly took care of me while I had them on the phone. If you did not get the confirmation there's a good chance it didn't get booked. Better to be safe than sorry and sorry were going to miss you guys this time!!!
Did it this morning, got a automated confirmation # in seconds . And a note of final confirmation within 24 hours.
