usa notary needed

    Yes. I don't recall if there are constraints on hours. Call them.

    As I recall, it's expensive and totally out of line with what it would cost stateside, but when there's no choice theres no problem.

    Yes, they do. I went at 9 a.m. a couple of weeks ago. I imagine during their work hours but I made an appointment to make sure the Consul would be there and that would probably be a good thing to do.

    Official posted prices set by the U.S. Government are $35 and $25 if it is a duplicate.
