For those of you that have flown the subject airline. I found out that they will no longer fly after Jan 20, 2012. They have been bought out by Frontier. Therefore we , and perhaps others of you, will have no non-stop flight option from St. Louis.
I saw that Apple Vacations has teamed up with Fronteir. I always liked flying USA3000 but like Frontier also.
This will really suck if someone else does not pick up this service. There has almost always been some direct flights out of STL. It would be nice if American or Airtran took over!
Last year we flew AeroMex direct out of Lambert, that was set up by our travel agent through Funjet. Maybe they will still fly direct charters.
Try Funjet they do charter flights via frontier airline non stop out of St.Louis but usally only on thursdsays and saturdays !
It won't be AirTran but you could hope for SouthWest.. And I don't think American will be doing anything. They have done nothing but shrink STL as much as they can. The only reason its still here is cause of the old TWA days..
We went the second week in June and I want to say it was like 1850 for the week with hotel and airfare. We just booked a standard room, but they didn't have any when we got there so we were upgraded us to a suite.
I just looked at funjet.com for our trip May 24th-June 2nd 9 nights non stop out of St.Louis $2569 for the two of us
