U.S. Citizen Outreach to Southern Quintana Roo. Officers from the U.S. Consulate will be hosting outreach sessions for U.S. Citizens living in the Southern Quintana Roo areas. Topics of discussion will be: hurricane preparedness, overseas absentee voting, services provided by the consulate. We have invited representatives of the Quintana Roo and Federal Governments to present information as well. Sunday, September 19 3:00 P.M.
