We are going to be at TTR July 15-19. We found this amazing forum after we had already booked and every day we are on reading and getting tips from everyone. TTR sounds like a non-stop party and we can not wait! We have been reading all of the return reports and learning so much about the resort. We are ready for all of the theme nights as our outfits just arrived yesterday, can NOT wait. If this was your first trip all over again what would you not forget to pack? What are the absolute necessities? Any and all advice would be appreciated! Other than the Boobs Cruise (we've read so much about), what is another top thing/destination for Cancun, whether it be on or off the resort grounds?

Can't wait to see the CCC members, trying to find our Bubba mugs now!

Welcome to the madness! I'm sure you will both LOVE TTR!! It's party central for sure and you make so many amazing friends! We went last year for our Honeymoon, and returned this year with 3 friends. They all loved it and now they are hooked and wanna go back! Umm... Top Trip off the resort for us was the Chitzen Itza, facisnating with all the things they tell you about Mayan History etc and you can do the trip for around $35 each inclusive of door to door transport and food! Within Temptation you have to get involved with the day time fun around the Sexy Pool. Me and Morgan (my Wife) took part in a Sexy Cocktail Making Competition! So much fun!

Remeber to take Lysol (i think that's what it's called to spray in the air con vents), Bubba Kegs for sure, Painkillers (for the hangovers!), swim stuff and sun screen! They are the essentials! :)

    Have fun!

This forum made our trip so much better, too!! Shopping for theme night outfits is one of the most fun things to me, it really gets you hyped for the party! It's fun to be outrageous and do things you wouldn't do/wear things you wouldn't wear at home!

The funny thing is when you get home, you'll find yourself applying the rules from TTR to home life. The sex is better, the dresses get shorter, the heels get taller, the bikinis get smaller, etc...We were at a hotel a couple of weekends ago and Blondie wore her white sheer-when-wet micro g-string to the pool. She would never had the guts to do that before. After that, the real fun happened in the room. Then, this weekend, she wore a little black mini dress to the grocery store. This is my kind of hangover.

Other than Boobs Cruise and going out to coco bongo you can do the typical tourist stuff like chichen itza or xcaret. Chichen itza is worth a visit if you have at least 7 days in Cancun. If your stay is shorter, maximizing time at the resort would be what we'd do. We typically go to Wal-Mart or downtown Cancun in the morning if we do go out so we can spend the afternoon (1pm ish) in the pool partying it up. Make reservations at the various restaurants on the resort so after an early evening siesta you can eat and party some more on the PatyO or out in town. As far as essentials, suntan lotion is expensive at the resort, so if anything, pack that. Make sure you don't pack your inhibitions because you'll have a ton more fun if you don't. Don't know if you guys swing or not, but there are plenty of those in the lifestyle and those that aren't. Either way, apprehension over lifestylers will quickly go away because they are typically respectful. We've actually had more trouble with single males, not in the lifestyle, that assume everybody at the resort is a swinger and act stupidly because of it. Needless to say, sexual energy is definitely charged at TTR, so bring your favorite toy(s) etc. because you'll be having lots of fun!

Hi Guys! You're coming at a great time! We have a large, fun group coming then also, and we will all be participating in theme nights. This will be hubby and I's third time to TTR. Necessities are tiny G-strings, sun block, bubba mugs, and themed night outfits. That's it. LOL. :aetsch004:

On our first trip there, we did a day trip to Islas Mujeres and zip lined, snorkeled, and swam with the dolphins. Was really awesome, but is an entire day. Your trip is short (like ours this year), so not sure if you want to do a whole day excursion or not. Boobs Cruise is also a whole day, but well worth it.

I agree with the others to leave your inhibitions at home, participate in all the activities and let loose because no body knows you and nobody gives a sh*t. :clappyinghappy:

Look forward to meeting you both! 19 days for us!!! See you at the Sexy Pool!

P.S..... Oh, and USA Transfers to get you to and from the hotel. Straight shot, no hassle transportation.

Definitely bring a ball cap- I would have sold my soul for one after the first day burn on my head!

Also, if you aren't on a Boobs Cruise but want to be get yourself on the waiting list and show up at Paty'Os that morning- it worked out for us. If you don't make it, that day is perfect for taking the ferry over to Isla Mujeres because the pool is much much quieter and boring.

BC powder for headaches and Recovery ORS to take while you are partying, huge difference maker. just ask the bartender for a small glass of water around 10 or 11 at night to mix the recovery with and slam down between your beverages, and do one first thing in the am.... worked for us, no hangovers all week! partied till the party stopped every night at Paty O's 3-4 am, been to all inclusives before and never made it past 11 oclock at night, but then again this is temptations!.....Have fun!
