Ok, this isn't going to be too long (maybe) or as good as some others but just wanted to put in my 2 cents. This was our first time to TTR and after being on Cancuncare, we were extremely excited about it. We were hoping that the resort would live up to the hype on here. And it did, even if the weather sucked at first. We got to the resort on a Tues. so no wait and didn't get bumped. We actually were able to upgrade to a jacuzzi room for 1/2 price. I don't think we would have used it much normally but with the weather sucking, we were very glad we had it. We went over to the sexy pool right away and made some great friends for our whole trip. We did tip the maid and she made sure we had extra beer and coke and big jugs of water in our fridge and we always came back to a clean room and some pretty swan design with our towels. The next day, was mostly cloudy but the sun did come out for peak tanning times and I went topless for the first time. It was funny cuz as nervous as I was, no one cared. I felt very comfortable and was impressed at how respectful everyone was. I also got great service at the bar, imagine that!! We had one rain day, it sucked, but we stayed out by the pool with another couple from WI and made the best of it. Better than snow!! The rest of the days were mostly sunny and the games were a blast. Love Chino and the rest of the gang, they were all so wonderful. Also have a new respect for strippers, those stripper pole lessons were harder than I thought. We did have to get up at 5:30am to get our chairs and that was fine except for one day when we came to our chairs by 8am (like every morning) and saw that all our stuff was missing and thrown all over. We never did find who did that cuz that ended up being the rainy day and no one was by the pool anyway. But other than that, we never had any issues. The restaurants were amazing. I don't even like seafood, but really enjoyed the food at the seafood rest. too. We never ate off site. We stayed at the resort for all the nightly entertainment too and enjoyed it. I think they do a good job trying to make each night fun with something to do. I also enjoyed seeing how all the women dressed and what outfits they had on. Danced at Nice Shoes most nights and had a blast with the friends that we made. lingerie night was really fun, wish the casino part wasn't so short. We did go on the booze cruise and had a blast. Steve and his wife are so wonderful and the crew worked hard to make the trip fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. But the best part of the trip was all the amazing people we met there. No matter where we sat at the sexy pool, we met great people. In the evening, Brett would go wait for me to get ready at the sports bar or at Paty O's and he'd always meet some fun couples. Seeing that we went ourselves and with no other friends, we never felt out of place. We met a lot of the couples from cancuncare and others that hadn't been on here. We met some great single guys and married couples. Everyone was just so fun and ready to have a good time. I could try to list everyone we met but you all know who you are and thanks. You all made our trip better and we hope and look forward to seeing you all again. And making new friends our next trip!!! Michelle (& Brett)

Great TR!! Thanks. We have been 4 times and the first time we went my wife had never been topless either but after the first day the top came off and has not been back on since. She also had never worn a thong bikini and now the bottoms are tiny lol. We cant wait to get back, sounds like you had a blast!
Thanks for that report guy's. Both myself and my wife Angie will be first timers visiting TTR in August and you've given us hope that we are going to be able to successfully mingle with all the cancuncare regulars :biggrinbandit: Coming from the UK we realise that we will be in the minority but we've always had a very warm welcome whenever we've visited the States and/or Canada and hope to experience much of the same (if not moreso) when we head to TTR. Once you've holidayed in the Mediteranean ( Malta, Greece, Italy etc. ) you soon get used to topliss sunbathing and, in fact, find it very much the norm and my wife has no qualms about letting 'the girls' out to play :aetsch004:. I think there's a very good chance that we will fit right in... but TR's like this one are very reassuring :uk1: August can't come soon enough!!!
