A quick question for those who have been recently to TTR about the staff. My wife and I fell in love with the service we got from a certain employee during our last visit. We were privileged enough to have a premiere package and this one employee made our stay. We are wondering if he is still employed at TTR or if he has moved on. His name was Emme....so does anyone know if he is still around? Don't take this as none of the other staff don't deserve a shout out, they all do. They all do their part to make everyones stay pleasurable and they do one hell of a job at it too. They all deserve a hand.
Yeah Eme is great always has a smile on his face looking forward to seeing him again on our next trip.
Just an FYI but we are Facebook friends with a few staff members and I am not sure if it is an actual policy or just an "unspoken expectation" but we were told by one staff member that we needed to friend him and not the other way around. Maybe it is just to keep staff from " bothering" guests? I love the friendships we have built with our friends over the years though.
Think management may have had complaints years ago people complaining about staff bothering them. We definitely have our favourites in every restaurant and when we go down we make sure that we sit in their section. Not that we have had bad service while there just nice to see that friendly face and to say hola and catch up. So if you have a favourite that you want to talk to via Facebook best get their info so u can contact them.
Yes, Emmy, Gerry, Adan, all lovely guys, who did our vacation perfect. It's interesting, but all this guys didn't know about this forum
Oh there are a few of the staff that know all about this website and surf it weekly. The office staff mostly as they check to see who's treating the guests right. Of course at one time or another they all get mentioned by someone.
