Does anyone know who has the best price for april or may right now. Its been a while scene we were able to go and I cant find a deal like we got the last time. Any help would be great.
Just did a quick search on Cheap Caribbean, and it was $2700 for Sat - Sat May 9th-16th, with direct flights from Philly for a regular room. This was about the same price it gave me 2-3 months ago when I was looking for this time period. So it doesn't really looked like it has increased much. I could only imagine it will go up though, with the resort really starting to fill up during this time period. My past two trips have both been in the cheap season in Sept. They were both about $2500 with and ocean view upgrade.
When I started looking at Temptation I was looking for late February or March and the prices were around 2700-2800. For some reason the last 2 weeks in April were $2200, is that a slow time of year?
I don't think so. My understanding is the April is a very awesome time of the year, and many of the weekends are sold out. That seems like a crazy good deal. Might depend on the days you played around with arriving and departing with regard to the airfare. If I flew on a Wednesday - Wednesday, flights are half as much, which would make a $600+ difference in my overall price. Obviously that is the smartest thing to do, but it doesn't work out to leave mid-week with work schedule, vacation time, and working things out with the parents for sitting on my kid.
We booked Orbitz in October. It was 2700 for April 22-May 2. I looked on many sites the other day, basically the same coming from CT
